Oh, I think we are loved (sort of). But no harm in making a little profit off of those you love. :P

Actually, the real-life plushies are very high quality, and not "crappily made" at all....

I have no complaints with my maraquan chomby, he's well stitched, very soft, and increadably cute. If you've only seen pictures I'm not sure how you can state that the products are crappy... o_O

<STOWA|Sleep> my sister questioned the title. "Half Blooded Prince? Does that mean he's a Moogle"

I don't know if the quality is different between the states and Canada... but... ya know...
I've seen some of the plushies here in Canada, and honestly, the quality is not what i'm used to. I collect stuffed animals, I love them (my room used to be covered in them before I ran out of space and unfortunately had to sacrifice them so that I could put my books up). But... *sighs*
I wouldn't buy one of the plushies i've seen. They're just... not up to par with what i'm used to.

(then again, I buy Gund... and Trudi *shrugs*)

It may be...I bought this REALLY soft brown Uni plush, that I just fell in love with. It's a pretty good quality plush. *hugs it*

I have a few Neopets plushies and I think they're pretty well made. I adore my red kau plushie. The material is really soft. I'll probably go out and buy one of those pink poogles.

Don't be afraid to see the truth, even if no one wants you to. Be yourself and not a fool. Don't ever be afraid to speak your mind and listen to criticism. Dissent is keeps our country progressive and willingness to challenge yourself is what keeps yourself ever evolving.

I really think it depends on the store at which you buy them and the particular foreign company that manufactures them. The ones my daughter has gotten from Limited Too and Border's Bookstore are really nice quality--pricey, but nice. Much nicer than her Beanie Babies. But, the ones she got at McDonald's during their promotion are really junky and cheap-looking.

they'll probably sell these at Limited Too - like the last set of the mini petpet plushies, or Target or someplace else that doesn't exist anywhere near where I live.

I do have the first 2 sets of mini petpet plushies and love them. I also have a LOT of the regular size plushies  I will say this - The earlier faerie pet plushies were much better made than, say, the faerie cybunny plushie - that one the wings are like cardboard with cheap frayable fabric over the wing forms. The faerie kacheek they used fabric to make the "wings" - much better.

That said, I would buy the ppt, just to look at and remind me of the great people here! And I still need those 2 disco aisha plushies I don't have (the voice activated and the newer one from Ltd Too). Who me? An adult? :o

Yeah the Faerie plushies aren't that great. But the rest really are. I can't wait to get my greedy little plushie-lovings hands on one. I'm gonna make him a little collar that says AFI_Sorrow and take him **everywhere**. (Everywhere being to school at least. ^_^)
