Yeah, I couldn't figure out what was up with the spikes. The only think I could think of was that game isn't used to handling two status affecting types in a row (+life type and -life type - if you get the heart and then die). Or if you still don't die without getting the heart, then I dunno. All I knew was that it was screwed, and I can't stand the fact that you can't set the types by yourself. As for the door, nobody needed to know that it's off to the right, off the side of the screen.
As for the rocks smashing the spikes.... I don't quite get how that works. O_o
But I was just going for effect, it looks convincing enough to people who aren't HATPC connoisseurs.
