I'v noticed the gender thing before, so I already assumed that for males it says Sir...
But I didn't notice the time of day thingy... I guess thats because I hardly go the bank...

Whoa... thanks for telling about the time thing, I never noticed. I only noticed the Madam/Sir thing... when I was a newbie, I noticed it and I actually changed my gender from the profile page to male just to check if it actually changes xD It's not really effective except for people who their time is NST (or somewhere around that), though. Now it's 4:30 pm for me and he tells me "Good morning Madam. It's great to see you again. What can I do for you today?" So it's kind of strange :P I don't really use NST time, even on Neopets, except when I'm waiting for a restock or basic jobs or whatever.

I also like how they've capitalised Madam and Sir - makes you feel like a valued customer, doesn't it? Hehe :)

They should make all "characters" like this. Shop Keepers, Quest Givers (although they do say a bunch of random phrases already like "Help yourself to the Chia Cookies") and many other people that you meet in Neopia. :)
