This kind of goes along with an idea that I had recently. All accounts that have been frozen for over 12 months should be deleted along with the items getting redistributed. Also anyone that has not logged into their account for over a year will be sent and E-mail to their main e-mail account saying that their neopets account will be deleted and all items redistributed to all of neopets.

That way, their servers will be cleared of junk accounts and maybe they won't have to have all these banners to pay for them.

Pets and everything along those lines will be *ahem* deleted. That way those names that are being tied up by non-players can now be used to create a new pet.

Actually, I was thinking that pets should stay in the accounts. I figured that was the safest way to do things, just to make sure that if there WAS a server glitch, or a programming error, then other users wouldn't lose irreplaceable things like pets or account names.
