Well, I can totally understand why the filter would pick up Fawkes. Its all about context. Neopets can use it themselves because the way they are using it, they KNOW it's not being substituted for the other word. However with users, there is no way to know what they mean by it, so it's safer to filter.
Which shows how pathetically narrow the mind of the monitor who warned him is. Why should they even care about context? Who cares if the person was thinking of a vulgarity when he created that name? I can use "cutie" as my personal vulgarity and put it in my username, but no one will care. What is important is whether younger users will be badly influenced when they see that name or not, and frankly, no one will read anything bad into "Fawkes" unless they already knew the f-word.

And, I know that Lord Nword has already said before that his name is meant to be read as "nword" and not "n word". The "N Word", which I won't actually say, is what people use when referring to a nasty word used to describe black people (which originates from the origins of slavery and isn't really a bad word except for the fact that it was used as a bad word).
Oh, I know what that word stands for now. It took me longer probably because I don't live in America.
