well they ARE eggs...and look where they come from a Medevil type place where if you can eat it....you eat it and live or starve and die...

Neopets is provoking me a BIT much right now...
and yes, In some place like Meridell, you would expect them to eat rarities like that when they could get them... they are starvingish a lot if you know your midieval history.. so to them eating a draik egg would be like eating the food an Iron Chef would prepare.
