Oddly,

Today's Weather: overcast, heavy rain and wind
Average temperature today is 4 degrees C (40 degrees F)

You'd think the beach would be the last place people would be ;)

Hey cool! After maybe 10 refreshes trying to find letters (:D) I got:

:o! Maybe they raised the chances for REs there, kinda like the Advent Calendar gives out stuff more often than other Terror Mountain places. Or maybe mine was just a coincidence.
