1 year later they come back and realise their password/username is long forgotten. What they do? They want it back. Send mail to Neopets team. Found it to be too complicated and put it on hold. Anotherr year later. Finally sent the mail and got stuff back. Found out the E-Mail they signed up the account to is deleltled or long gone. Goes to make account..etc
Another year is gone. 3 Years gone already. They finally come back and create new one and play. Pretty much like that

LOL!!LOL!! You know, that can sooooo happen to sooooo many people on neo... I'm the only one amongst my friends and families who play this game so it gets lonely sometimes... I think I need a hug...

Anyway, alot of people just sign up, look around and find the site too big and too confusing, logs off and forgets about the whole thing quicker than you can say "meepit" :/

OR, they go on the boards asking for Paint Brushes the very minute they sign up, realise the world of neopets is cruel and full of "incosiderate" people, and thinking they will never achieve anything, and never have any friends, leave forever.

I agree with Morningstar about the unfair freezings, overzealous warnings and mad glitches.

It's a wonder I didn't give up when I got frozen. I gave up trying to get in touch with the team. But to be honest. I don't play as much as I used to. I'd rather not have so much to lose really.
