Ok lets see. I closed ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. I closed MSN, AIM, IRC and even my Winamp!

I really don't think it has anything to do with ANYTHING that's working on your computer. It doesn't happen on any other sites as far as I know ...so it must be something that's going on on Neopets ... :roll:
