Send them an e-mail. Ask them for a decisive answer on whether or not you are allowed to have those avatars for fun and ask for a reson as to why (politely, of course) I'm not saying they'll necessarily answer, but it's worth a try.

Sorry about that. I suggest you clear whatever you got reported for, and be thankful that it's only a suspension, and not a freezing. I like the idea of suspensions, but you'd better be careful - repeat offences could earn you a freezing.

I dont use them anywhere instead the page where it says 80 times that they are fake, i mailed TNT, if i get an answer, ill mail you my mail, and the one i got back. only an hour till suspendion ends

I like your fake avatar page, I imagine they're fun to make, and they're certainly fun to look at.
However, fake REs do break the rules, and regardless of whether or not you actually have the REs in your own shop, etc. You still made them, and they're on your petpage, which is technically a part of Neopets. Even though it's stated that they're fake, it's still a breach of the rules.
Be grateful it's just a temporary suspension and that you're not permanently frozen. I would suggest that you clear the pet page. You can still have your fake avatar page, as so many people like it, just not on your pet page. Host it elsewhere on the internet.

Aw geez.

You know, if they start cracking down on Fake RE's, they're going to have to suspend 99.8% of the shops I seem to buy from on the wiz. O_o

oliver, I know you don't want to move your work and I understand that. But, given that you were suspended and you have to click something that says you do understand why you were suspended (congrats on being back btw), it seems to me to be the only solution.

Just copy and paste the petpage onto notepad or even into an email to yourself, then use, say, geocities, and just paste everything onto a page there. I know, it's not the same and I'm sorry all this happened.

But I also wouldn't want to see you end up frozen for something that IS harmless, that doesn't go anywhere else - stays on the petpage. But since it does look like TNT's really getting strict with fake RE and SHH, I think it's the only solution. Get that petpage cleared before they do.

I'll wait for their response to my mail, then ill decide.
