I like the Watership Down reference (Cybunny Down). Watership Down is, of course, a very famous book about a group of adventurous rabbits.



I think The Great Chomby is a play on The Great Gatsby as well.



A Tale of Two Lupes could be a Tale of Two Cities homage:



Where the Elephantes Roam is an obvious play on Where the Buffalo Roam:

I have it on display in my shop because Watership Down is the best book everrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I don't like the description though:

The only place the characters in the books might've found hundreds of rabbits in one place would be Efrafa, and the Efrafan rabbits were far from happy.

(I look wayyy too far into things)

For some reason, the pictures from the Ghoul Catchers articles remind me of a Disney cartoon where Mickey, Donald, and Goofy are in a haunted house and they are perhaps ghoul catchers as well. (It's been a while since I've seen it)

Also, some of the towels have bits of a famous HHTTG line ...

If anyone rembers the video store, all their movies were references to real movies. The one that sticks out in my mind the most is 'The Kacheekrix' and it had a Kacheek on the cover with green numbers in the background

Seems like when the game first came out there were a few more monty-pythonesque ones like 'the cat ate it' and 'not much call for that around here' and 'Been on order for two weeks. Was expecting it this morning.' I swear they used to be there.

If people remember back when NQI was just released and you could only play it certain hours. When it was down there was a picture of Xantan and "All your games are belong to us"

In the Hannah and the Ice caves plot comics, the first scene where you see Kanrik(chapter 2), is practically identical to the first scene in Fellowship of the Ring where you see Strider/Aragorn, right down to the window, cup on the table and candle.
