honestly, i'd think that you should not have contacted her in the first place, not even to tell her that you were going to look after her pet well. She must be already upset at losing her pet in the first place and then to have someone kinda rub it in for losing the pet isnt good. I'd think that it was better that you had no contact with her at all..so i cant really blame her for going ballastic, even thought she's going to far
