I don't think it'll matter if people count the yurble and kacheek, cos theres bound to be a few that you miss, especially as it says not all can be seen.

I guessed 42

:D Another LC I might be able to solve. ANyway, I counted in paint, making a black slash on each one after I counted them, and I'm pretty sure I got it right.

but, it says, and I quote

therefore by counting them all, and crossing off in paint, then putting that as your answer, you're bound to have missed some in the middle that you can't actually see.

But looking at it, it doesn't look like it's a mountain of them. They all seem to touch the floor, so there can't be many of them that are hidden.

And do note the keyword MAY. You're acting as if "there ARE buried ones".

I counted the buried ones that you could see peeking out a bit, but nothing extra.

Yeah, I counted a few that were very hard to see, and I hope I got it right.

Hee, the proper spelling of "retarted" is filtered to say "kittens." But anyway, a Lenny C can't be that. ;)

I like it when they mix it up by throwing in stuff like this.

I actually guessed shortly after the news came out... But I probably guessed too low. Oh well.

Location: It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a Grue.
After having a look at the picture really well, I'm sure that you can see at least a piece of all the wockys, even if it's just an ear or part of an eye. There's a few spots where you can see the carpet through the top layer of wockys, it's mainly one layer deep. There's also a few questionable spots, one where two wockys of the same color might be next to each other, or is it one wocky with it's tail showing in an odd place, and one where I believe you can see one wocky, just a teeny bit of him in two places behind another.

I think my initial guess was too low, by about 4 wockys.
