Marriages of convenience(I know that I spelled that wrong) are nice. *cough*Iwanttomarryarichwomanandthenhave"fun"withthemilkman*cough*

P.S: Are there even milkmen anymore?

Honestly I know more people who marry to escape their blood family, not get even more tied to it.

i heard a milkman the other day, he didnt have a quiet milk float :(

We have a milkman, he delivers 2 gallons once a week. Speaking of which, I need to get the milk because today's the day he delivers.

I'm finally back for the summer, although hopefully I'll spend a little more time away from this screen.

Hmm, I never even made the connection between the Anniversary Negg and anything to do with real life (wedding anniversaries, a couple's anniversary of their first date, etc.).

I thought it was more like an anniversary on Neo, like being there a year, something like that. The ring is what, looking at it again, I think giving the romantic impression.

But I don't see why if you are married/engaged/dating in RL you couldn't just send that negg to your significant other without there being any reprecussions. I guess just don't send a neomail with mushy lovey stuff. And they do have romantic greetings to send via email, so they know there's RL couples playing on the site.

I know people have gotten warnings for saying love on the boards, but that bugs me, like hot, bikini, cookie being blanket filter things. I do agree with the "not a dating agency for yourself or your pets" rule completely though. I always find it very odd when I see people with my pet is engaged/dating/getting married/is married to things on their pet descriptions or petpages. Kinda taking role playing a little too far. And asking for dates, like on the boards? pathetic and asking for big trouble.

That freezing for the baby pteri and egg though, when I just read it, made me go :o That is way harsh! Scraps new lookup I was working on for myself...TNT would probably get the wrong idea and think I was making a "statement" instead of making something to show one of my favorite old shows - The Prisoner (and the number 6 reference ;) ).

I think it could be used for other anniversaries, such as your 4th year anniversary on neopets. which lady wouldn't want that diamond as an anniversary present for that :D

If I got a dimond for that I think I would be sure to stay with neopets ;)

Seriously though I don't think that the negg is that much of a problem. It's not like it's going to encourage neodating. Especialy since an anniversary negg would be used to celebrate a relationship that had existed for a while. After all there are already a sizable number of valentines day items and gifts.

I think it's reasonable for neo to be able to release items even thought they have a small chance of being used to violate rules, for example I think the plushie paintbrushes are adorable. If someone tries to get their pet a date handle that through normal disciplanary channels.

Oh and there are milkmen, it's sort of making a comeback. Especialy with the delivery of localy produced organic milk and dairy products.
