I think one of the most important things is to change your password DRASTICALLY. Make it something you can remember, but try to make it as long as possible (harder to guess). And the 15 withdrawls is a really good idea.

My advice to you is:
1. Adopt a new pet with a name completely unrelated to your username or pets' names and make it your active pet.
2. Change your neopets password to something like "3498125" or something really hard, but easy for you.
3. Repeat number 2 to your email account, but besure it's different.
4. REPORT HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5. Block all neomails except thoughs by neofriends.

Not if they get into your account, that means they could just add one of their accounts as a neofriend

But having a 'Neofriend Only' auction would limit the bidders to those on your Neofriend list, so there wouldn't be a chance that anyone would bid on and win the overpriced item (not that that would matter, however). Also, you could price the item to millions over it's going price, so the hacker probably wouldn't have the NP to bid on it.
