I don't have it. I do know however it would have to be excellent, and be worth my while several times over, before I'd pay. Maybe I'm a cheapskate, but at the moment I can see paying for something that at the moment, I don't really "need" in order to have fun on Neopets. If they change it so it's something I'd love to have, then I'd consider getting it. Out of curiousity how much exactly does it cost?

Who would get neopets dial up service? No neopian willing enough to pay for it would be caught dead with dial up anyway. They should make like neopets super highspeed internet. then i might get it

Doesn't matter. Aside from the fact that I get plenty of bad random events anyways, I see no reason to pay for something that while not glitch free is at least free. If it wasn't free, and still glitchy, I'd be gone. I've got more reliable things to waste my money on *coughCity of Heroscough*.

Portal seems like it might make life easier for the average Neopian, but when it comes with DIAL UP? Um. No. I'm on DSL. Never going back to dial up again.

Ok, I got the premium neopets, and on the portal, there's a place for your neopets webmail. Ok, no problem, I got my space faerie scratchcard notification today, won 300 nps from it and spent nothing. Well oddly enough today, I got another e-mail. Subject: Something has happened!

Soooo I guess you get a double chance at neopets random events and you get random events in your neopets e-mail.

I'm not signing up, because last I heard, Neopets was for free. The e-mail thing is pretty cool, though.

I signed up for it and regretted it the next day, for the price it is its really not worth it. I had major problems with it from day 1 and when i emailed the support team, it took 3 emails before i received a reply, which basically said it was only supported in the USA and Canada! You dont get any extra chances at random events on the actual neopets site you just occasionally get random events in your neomail, barely even worth it, id love to see someone who got more than a codestone! The portal was quite good though, but after the first couple of days i didnt even bother using it!
My advice is; sign up if they are still offering a free trial, but dont bother after that!

I guess I'm weird, because I love the portal so much. It's nice to have everything at my fingertips. The toolbar helps me with my dailes since I have a habit of forgetting things.

I signed up for the free trial and so I could really give a rundown of what happens to everyone here. Honestly, I think it should be 5 dollars a month, not 7, but I didn't do the prices. I'll probably keep on a few months, just to see if things get better, because honestly, I doubt this is where the premium is going to stay. I have a feeling that the more people that sign up (or not) the more offers they are going to start giving premium members. I may be crazy, but as we've seen before in neopets, things tend to get better with time...

well I actually enjoy it though the random event that turned my flotsam invisibloe I am still unhappy over I've gotten 3 golden Ptrei's so far giving me a total os a several grand NP's I've found several codestones I've gotten a paint brush, and this was just on site, I also got the red ptrei of doom for a challenger and this isnt counting the several neomail events either my man pays for it so it works for me *S*
