I thought there weren't supposed to be RE in the shops. I can't remember, but I think it was set that way in the past(obviously not that way anymore ).

In conclusion, the places without REs are the places without the yellow bar at the side. Namely pet pages.

I'm not sure about the main page though, I open it every day, its set to my homepage, I never get an RE. Same with news, I check it about three times a day.

I've gotton RE's on news before, so that's out.

I heard that you can't get random events at the shop wizard?

I am pretty sure you can't get REs on the shop wizard or the main neopian shops..

I refresh at the shop wizard a lot (pricing shop) when I do restock.. and I haven't gotten any random events while restocking too..

Maybe haggling.. I think I got one icy negg when I was restocking at wintery petpets before.. but I never got any on the shop wiz or refreshing the shops..

I'm sure you can get them in the main shops. I got a Starry Paint Brush from there thanks to an RE.

I quite often get Faerie Quests while using the shop wizard, which is a bit of a pain! Ive never had them in user shops or main shops though.

The actual refreshing in a shop can,'t cause random events but the haggling page and the I accept, or sold out page can give you random events , shop wiz is safe to

I must be extremely extremely unlucky to refresh at least 500 times per day and never gotten any there... ever

I've had a couple of Faerie Quests while I was using the Shop Wizard. *grin* The best part was that I could go back to the shop wizard page (cookied?), enter my quest item and use the shop wizard that way. Actually, I always have my shop wizard page up in case I have a faerie quest so I can use it anyway. It just doesn't work when the shop wiz refreshes.

I tend to do a lot of quests (kitchen, snow faerie etc), repricing and random searching so I was wondering how come I never gotten any.. since my shop wiz refreshes often get me banned every hour.. that's how much I refresh..

Have you checked that you're eligible for Faerie Quests? To check, go here:

And if it says "The Faerie Queen says 'Hmmm, ok, you can do another quest now I guess...!' then you need to press Back to Faerie City, otherwise you won't get any faerie quests at all.

If it says You don't have a quest!!! You must wait for us to give you one!, though, you're eligible for quests

I do check everyday before I log off.. in case I missed any.. thanks for the tips though

Do you only get the "You can only do another quest now I guess" when you reject a quest? I haven't rejected one before yet.. *loves doing quests*

But you can get them while editing petpages. *looks at baby aisha*

I seem to get quite a few REs while I'm using the Shop Wizard as well.
