Contact Us page, you are able to send abuse reports, ask questions about the
site, or inquire about a frozen account. Simply select the appropriate
category, fill out the form, submit it, and we will look into the situation
shortly. (Please note that sending multiple forms only slows down the process
-- a single request is all you need to send to get a prompt response!)
By the way, because this email announcing our new system is automated, response

"http://www.neopets.com/contact.phtml" was the first place I went, I have yet to recieve a reply after 6 days.
the only prompt reply was this one redirecting me to something I've already done:x
