Rather ironic- William just messaged me back today about a nice suggestion I had made for the site a few weeks ago, hours before I was frozen.

sigh... I have been frozen for the one thing I would never do : auto buying. My method of gaining np is from TP, which in no way a chance for auto buying, because other people have to respond. I can't win auctions, nor can I restock. I never find unbuyables for buyable on shop wizard except ones that aren't worth buying.

I might be impatient, but its been three days since I've been frozen, no auto response yet. If I was frozen for cheating, fine I'll leave. But what tears me up inside is that I did nothing wrong.

I offer NP on lots of Halloween Goodie Bags on Oct. 31. That day was flooded with bags for sale. I traded, many people accepted. I stock it in my shop. I buy a few off manually from Shop Wizard, very hard to do because those items usually sell out before you enter. I sell it in my shop, it all sells out. All bought out by the same few people. I sold about 130 bags. The next day, I don't even know when, I was frozen. I wake up, my account was fine. I come back from school frozen. If I was to be frozen, I should at least be there when it happens -_-.

Sigh, I see so many intersting items that I haven't seen in a while come up for trade. I could nothing but stare because I can't offer at my current state. Being Frozen sucks, especially when you dont deserve it. :(

Sigh, day 4:

Current Status: No response,

No automated response: 4 days
No response from William: 3 days

Ironically, If I was really "autobuying" like my frozen account said I did, I wouldnt be so worried about getting my account back.

Sigh, posting day counts will have to settle.

I waited for a month before i actually mailed the staff. Gives myself time to cool down and time for them to read my frozen form, if they ever get down to it anyway with soo many frozen people. And i mailed them on their wotking hours so that my mail will not be at the bottom or somewhere in the mist of unread mails. :)

What time is the staff's working hours? Sometimes it seems like they check out early :o

I hate to be a doomsayer, but you really might never get your account back. My two family members were really, really lucky in getting their accounts back after being wrongfully frozen, but in the 18 months I have been on PPT, I know of many, many other people who never got unfrozen. People who were frozen for the same reasons as my daughter and my husband and around the same time period--and people that I believed were innocent of wrongdoing. And I know of a few others who waited for months before getting their accounts deiced.

So, I hate to burst any bubbles that you might have--but, if you are really intent on continuing to play Neo, you might want to make a new account, just in case.

Who are some good people to try to email first? Emailing just one staff member every few days is going to take too long :|

It is quite possible that because so many new people are coming on to PPT to post about being frozen, that the staffers have put a block on their email addresses.

ahh, that is horrid. Shouldnt the staff be there to help people, not ignore them?

Just in case, could I still get their email addresses?

Where is the Delete button, I saw it before, now I lost it O_o

I finally got an automated response, not the one I'm looking for.

Hello,

In an effort to improve our customer service and the speed with which we answer
your e-mails, we have created a new web-based contact system on the neopets.com
site, which is located at http://www.neopets.com/contact.phtml . From this new
Contact Us page, you are able to send abuse reports, ask questions about the
site, or inquire about a frozen account. Simply select the appropriate
category, fill out the form, submit it, and we will look into the situation
shortly. (Please note that sending multiple forms only slows down the process
-- a single request is all you need to send to get a prompt response!)

By the way, because this email announcing our new system is automated, response
to it will not be received. So, please do not reply to this e-mail. Instead,
check out the Contact Us page, which should answer your questions about our new
system.

Thank you!

The NeoPets Team

Neopets is like many other customer services, it constantly redirects you without actually helping you.

"http://www.neopets.com/contact.phtml" was the first place I went, I have yet to recieve a reply after 6 days. :x

the only prompt reply was this one redirecting me to something I've already done:x

You have to realise that you aren't the only person using the forms. Frozen forms / Staff inboxes get continually spammed. It slows the entire process down. Wait up to two weeks before resending a form.
