Heh, I think we'll be seeing a lot of Chia plushies. xD

Actually, I think we'll see more jubjub plushies. They're easier to make, just stuff them up and stick wool randomly on the body XD

Says YOU.

I made a Number Six puppet in art class last year, but it was never very well done, and it's now been decapitated. I'm not sure if I'll end up submitting it.

You should make that into a comic. :)

Ah, but you see, it's already been done by finer minds with a higher budget. I would not dare to remake a scene as finely played as this one from "The Three Amigos". What a funny movie that was, and with some of the best jokes ever in it. Jeeze that part where they find the singing bush and summon the invisible swordsman...

Since they already have one plushie of a dream pet (Pink Poogle), I guess I'll try and make a Island Zafara plushie.

I'm suprised nobody made a baby pet plushie yet. I'd try but lack of materials, lack of a sewing machine, lack of funds..... *goes on and on*

Mine is barely started, hope I can finish on time!

If you're needing cheap fabric, you can hit the scrap bins at the fabric or craft store. I got half my material for this project from there dirt cheap.

Another thing to do is to look for 'fat quarters' in the quilting section. They're usually $1.50 for about a 20" square. 'Quarter flats' is another name.

If you can't find the color/pattern you need, you can dye your own very easily. Dampen your fabric (white is best), then paint with acrylic paints and iron until dry (iron from the back side, using some scrap fabric or old towel to protect your iron/board from the paint). Laying lace, feathers, or other items over your fabric before painting will give you a nice pattern.

Also, if you're not keen on sewing, you could always use spray glue on the fiddly bits (eyes, spots, feathers, teeth) or paint.

Glue! Glue is your friend :D Gluegunners unite! That's a great idea Kess :) A bit of felt, some glue, and voila! plushie!

Old socks, old t-shirts and sweatshirts, towels, there are any number of things around the house you can cut up and use for making a plushie.

I'm looking at my hot pink bag from Limited Too, and it just dawned on me that could even be cut up and glued together to make some sort of Jelly plushie.

Poptart's head is rolling around on my desk here, totally freaking out. I really must finish a body for it ;D

Well I am extremely upset. Mine wont work. I get this error message:

"ERROR : File must be a JPG or GIF type image. (ie. have the '.jpg' or '.gif' extension at the end of the file name in LOWERCASE letters). You submitted filetype: image/pjpeg."

It isnt a image/pjpeg! Its "C:\Documents and Settings\Jenna\My Documents\My Pictures\Digimax 4010\Random Contests\randomplushie.jpg"

I tryed saving it over and over in adobe but it isnt working! Any clue why?

The contest is closed but I like showing off my hard work, it's too late for someone to hork the image and submit it as their own:

*wavies at kess and her awesome lenny*

Ouch, seems they closed submissions 20 minutes early today :( That whole jpg issue sounded like it was fixed last time, but obviously wasn't. My submission was a jpg last time, and this time, so it's not a problem either (a) for everyone, or (b) all the time.

Here's mine. I have a great fear that it will roam around my house during the night!
