Am I the only one who feels no shame about ordering a Happy Meal even though I'm an adult? ;-) (Though I might balk at ordering something named a "Big Kids Meal" -- luckily a Happy Meal contains about as much grease as I want to eat at one sitting.)

I do feel shame about asking to dig through the toys trying to read labels through the packages to get the color I want. Hasn't necessarily stopped me from doing it.

Dunno if I'm going to bother this time 'round. All I really want is a pink poogle, and I might just try ebay... since if I go and there's no poogles, I'll probably break down and get whatever they have, and that leaves me with an extra plushie to get rid of...

If you get any extra ones, you know where to send them. :) Over here.

Yes, I'm aware that it should say Advance, not Color, but I didn't have a font close enough to Advance

anyone know if this and maybe the Plushie Nova avatar will be reactivated?

EDIT: I sometimes find mini-Neopets at the Goodwill. Maybe we'll be lucky enough to find one there?

I'm guessing so as the new dates have been put on it (July 8th through August 4th) and I really really hope the plushie nova avatar will be re-released, last years one came out ONE day before I joined neopets *shakes fist* :)

Don't feel any shame in buying a happy meal or big kids meal, my dad still does sometimes when he doesn't feel like a lot of food. Pink Poogle Toy! I WANT ONE! If I get that, I'm happy. I have about 10-25 from last time, I took some from people I Know, they gave em to me. Now there junk though in my basement. So I don't care this much about this promotion except I heard a rumor there will be rare item codes in the things.

Looking at the options on the page, it's not a rumor.

We get one free item each day of the mcdonalds promotion.... which are usually mcdonalds items or virtual plushies that resemble the plushies in the promotion, such as a checkered poogle plushie or a starry kougra plushie.

Also, each toy comes with a virtual prize code..... which you can also redeem at neopets.com/happymeal. what you can win from THOSE.... i dont know yet.

Im the only one here who bought a happy meal toy at Mc Donalds ?
I used to collect that snoopy around the world thing and i used to not bother getting the meals and asking if i could buy them .The people at the local Mc Donalds said ''sure'' and took the basket of where all the toys were and i choose the ones i needed to complete my collection . And i dont think they were that much , cheaper than aa happy meal anyways

Hope that helped :)

In my local (chavvy)McDonalds, if I just asked for the toy, the till operator would stare at me until I eventually got out of the store...

I would just stare back untill he got them out. :P

Then agian, I'm a kid so I probably wouldn't be stared at, and my own stare isn't that intimidating.... but still! XD
