I'm still trying for my spike room. I've tried 6 doors now

I just got spiked... finally!! it was my 11th try!

Congrats!

I got light too
xbbyxyyxryrrbbxb crystal 1
xbpoxoyxpyprgoxg crystal 2

using a theory posted earlier I could end up with
pooppgog

Not sure how to go by that and if it has proven good.

I'm willing to be a good soldier and try something that hasn't been done before to further the plot if it's possible

Hey master, congrats on the lights!!

You are the 2nd case where a blue on the old crystal lines up with an O on the new crystal. Can you please recheck your source code/blanks, be sure you've posted your lights correctly. Because if you have, then all blending theories need to be forgotten and I, for one, am shocked!!

So whatever happened to the person last night who had figured out the second crystal combo? Never came back to spill the beans?

Also am I correctly reading that someone had a B that turned into an O?

Hard to make orange with blue where I come from, so that would be a major theory dispeller.

See message above yours. Seems sirclucky made a small mistake and thrown it all wide open again

It was Dolphinling, and someone said this morning he didn't figure it out after all....

Dolphining did get a "different" message, but they haven't been able to recreate it. Could be a glitch. That's why he's not sending anyone on any goose chases.

Since i did manage to find the corresponding symbol/colour scrolls in the areas, i'm thinking maybe the order might be different this time..like reading in the order of the tablet or something.

Maybe this has been thought of already, but I'll throw it out there anyway.

What if we have to look at the card catalogs themselves? Say if my left rack used to be red and now it's painted yellow, could it in fact be an orange rack? I wonder... :)

I'm still not at all sure about this subtracting theory (although I can't think of anything better). My prob is that when I do so I end up with 5 yellow (3 of which are Djo!), 1 Red and 2 Blue. This doesn't necessarily prove anything so I'll keep running around the repository trying things - just made another mistake in clicking the wrong scroll, time to start over (farthest reaches of the basement to the 4th floor in one easy step :( )

:o

Well if the racks are now 'new' colors that are combined with the old colors wouldn't it be in the source code?

*hoping since I also neglected to write down the original colors of the racks*

Has anyone tried the subtraction method without the 4 repeats? So basically the 8 new colors, but in primary mode. *am I making sense?*

I really want to try some of this but, after 11 tries (actually 12, I clicked same one twice on accident) I still have not been spiked.

Actually, this goes with something that just occurred to me.

What about complementary colors?

IOW, associate (somehow) Green with Red, Orange with Blue, and Purple with Yellow.

Apologies if someone already suggested this. I didn't see it earlier, but there was a lot to wade through. :)
