I'm sorry that you keep getting 'canned' answers. I suggest that you write everything out in full and send it to them Snail Mail. They really value the effort of written letters, I have heard. Stick to the point, be direct, and ask them to contact you.

That is all I can advise in general to those still frozen.

Since the game score that was sent in for review happened very late Friday night even in Neotime.

So given that it happened on a Weekend I was not expecting a reply until the middle of this week.

Since Halloween was on a Sunday (Neopets could of called Monday a holiday..but they didn't)
