It really isn't used very often -- they use shades a bit brighter and a bit darker quite a bit, but not this one. I've been checking random places and links around Neopia, but haven't found anything.

I think I got it. I have a question: which neo board is the MP usually discussed on? I'd like to check and see if I still stand any chance of getting the item, but not if it means having to sift through all the neo board titles.
