fountain faerie quests--a theory!

Did you read the petpage that was posted a few posts back? It says you could get them a few months ago from the fountain, but not anymore.

No I didn't.
That's really dissapointing since pirate is my desired paint colour. That makes no sense that pirate is randomly thrown in there -- i kind of see the point for royal and possibly for baby and plushie (since those arn't colours so much) but poor pirates. Why am I denied pirate awesomeness.

I do agree that, whatever the limitations on the lab ray, fountain faerie quests should allow you to paint whatever pet you choose. Anything else defeats the point

It's as if the Fountain Faerie isn't as powerful as she could be. Faeries should be able to do what the unreliable Lab Ray can't...

To those who have unused fountain faerie passes:

Use it if you want the FF to actually visit you. I was able to get a response from snarkie about pending (unused) FF pass and she said you won't get a FF quest until you use it. That forced me to turn a my pet coconut.

I'm confused. I see pirate when I take my kougra to the fountain. Also plushie and baby.

I took my new poogle, and there is no choice for MSP. Sorry!

Perhaps I'm mistaken but I thought that Pirate IS one of the colors you can paint your pet using the Fountain Faerie? I thought it was just Royal and MSP Poogle, that couldn't be done...

But all of my pets are already good colors.

Absol Mewtwo - Royal Kougra
Fire Wolf - Grey
Flick - Starry

I'll change the Usul into purple or something.

The speckled usul is better... it looks very native like.
