Art Gallery?

It's breathtaking.

I like the atmosphere it portrayed. How do you color it like that? Have any recommendations for help sites or art programs?

I'm not sure who judge the art gallery and for the competition, but i hope it's TNT's artists. They should take a closer look at some the pics or allocate age groups category, so that people will understand why some pics get in.

It's so beautiful! But, yeah, everything in the AG is pretty much happy and cheery. Ah well, I don't see why it didn't get in anyways, it's not too depressing or anything, IMO.

i kinda feel like whoever in staff approved the picture should be reprimanded as well, not just the kid who submitted it.

A few things could have happened:

1. That was the only entry from that age group.
2. The artist is a relative of the neostaff.
3. The neopets team is on crack.
