What I wonder is why does it really matter what floor we put the furniture on? Did the rukis make them different for the different floors? make the ones for the higher floors lighter or something? And a scroll rack is really going to heavier than a big stone block. Right. So why does it matter?

It only matters where you put the furniture because that's the way they've set this part of the plot up. Put furniture in the wrong spot and you're out for about 30 minutes (though I have seen people locked out longer).

If you didn't have to go looking for the ID and get directions, it would be way too easy to just keep going in and dropping stuff on the first floor - unless they made it so nothing ever got stolen. But that would get even more monotonous than it is now IMHO.

Lol, I've given up trying to find the ID and am just putting them on the first floor and hoping. Haven't gotten any that way yet, but at last I can do stuff while I'm waiting to get back in instead of wandering around a cursed pyramid for hours.

And I hope someone does kidnap the ID

OMG, I'm so lucky. lol, but I got tired of trying to find the ID so i just set my piece down, and it was right.

On the downside, he decided that as punishment he should send me from the very far corner of the basement to... the 4th floor

Edit: Actually, I timed it and it only took 28 clicks more than if he'd just said to put it in the basement. The upper floors are easy to get to, it's only the basement that's a pain.

The assumed placement does work. I'm 4 for 7-ish.

You wouldn't get a chalk outline for a kidnaping, only for a murder. A kidnap would be inconvenient. We need one of our ninja to take him out. We can always but a scroll rack over the body.

I was told the ID was in the basement 32, 5 Is that true?

Last time I saw him he was, but that was about 15 mins ago

I do wonder why, if the Foreman knows all along where the furniture should go why he doesn't just tell us on the way in instead of stalking us round the place and wasting his valuable time.

Oh and hello by the way, first post and I'm not normally this grumpy.

OK, I'm at basement 32, 5 and he's not there. Does anyone know where he might be now?

Sorry, not yet. ID definitely no longer in that remote torture chamber in the basement though. Maybe s/he'll be easier to reach this time.

i have been locked out nearly 2 hours now. is there a new timne or is it me. i got locked out just after 7pm GMT its now 9PM gmt.

The foreman storms over to you in a fury. "You're not supposed to be putting furniture on this floor! What is this, your first day on the project?! Go outside and don't come back until you've learned to follow instructions!" He grabs your furniture away from you and hands it to someone else.

BTW, does anyone know whether it makes a difference which pet hauls furniture? My Gelert is complaining about doing all the work.

Has anyone had the foreman hand them someone else's furniture? If not, I know what's going on--the thefts are an inside job. The foreman is in league with the thieves.
