At 6:43 EST aka 3:43 NST, I got the Snow Beast as a BD opponent on my 30th refresh....

I am trying again now at 6:46 EST aka 3:46 NST, got nothing after refreshing 50 more times.

Let's try this again...

Place: Advent Calendar
Time: 11:02-13 PM, NST
Refreshes: 305 (give or take a few for inaccurates) + original 19
Result: Still nothing. Neo seems to slow down every 4 refreshes, though.

I have no life...and Neo must hate me.

I stick with my previous suggestion of visiting there once a day. I couldn't get a second one in that time. Tried again the next day ...and BINGO! Ice negg. Snow Beast, and treasures. Not to mention a snowball beaning to the ol brain pan. No PB as of yet for myself.
