I caught Giant Green Kelp and my pet's fishing skill increased to 2!

My pets that is levels 3 and l 4 is catching more than pets that are level one.

Anybody seeing a relationship, or is it just an odd coincidence?

well this is what I reeled in today after waiting over 24 hours or right there about.

Old Rotten Left Boot Pet one and Level up to 2

Old Rotten Right Sandal Pet two and Level up to 3

Giant Red Kelp Pet three and No Level up still 2

Scrawnyfish Pet three and No Level up still 2


and Still no avie...

I just caught an Old Boot, and my pet increased in level :)

The more levels you have, the more you get to fish, I think.

Has anyone tested to see if fishing level = times a day you get to fish? I think that would make sense and that seems to be the pattern my pets are following. But that's probably not true, lol

Seven hours ago (or so), I was able to fish with two of my four pets. I just tried again and wasn't able to fish with any of them. Two are level 3 and two are level 2.

well i only got to try this today, but my pets got:

mossy rock + 1 level
blandfish
lesser spotted fish
old rotten left shoe :roll:

this is going to take awhile..

Ooh, my best catch yet! I got a lesser spotted fish, and went up to level 4! Still no av though. I also caught a broken fishing pole and some driftwood to no avail.

ok, it's been about 12 hours and I'm fishing again

Level 2 pet got Giant Red Kelp no level up

Level 2 pet Nothing! Maybe you should be more patient.

Level 3 pet got a Scrawnyfish and up to Level 4

Level 2 pet got Giant Green Kelp! and no level up

I hate that my best fisherman is a lab pet that I'm gonna give away soon...but that's how Neo goes...

and still no avie...i thinking you have to get so high in level, and/or catch that fish in the avie...
