I am curious--how did you "fix" him? Oh, please don't tell me you bought a baby PB. I say that b/c I have had a red usul morphing potion sitting in my shop for weeks at a really high price--and it sold today. I can only think that it was some one wanting their ugly mutant usul to turn back to a cute little red pet. Oh, how surprised they will be!

it's really funny cuz theres loads of painted pets in the pound - just type in the names of the ones who are showing up mutant and it'll tell you the real colour on the lookup. I've seen a white one, a baby, two purple pets, and a striped. some people are gonna feel incredibly stupid/gutted tomorrow.

I think this is very funny, although I pity people who repainted their pet or abandoned it without first checking to make sure this is just for fun. But I think it is fun that neopets has the ablility to change our pets at will and then have them change back. I hope for more days like this in the future. I'd have no problem with them doing more special days like this.

The only problem I forsee with this is if there were somehow a glitch and some of the pets were changed back and some didn't get changed back. That would be pretty sad. Still, the pet lookups say which color the pet is supposed to be, so you'd have proof of that. But imagine manually having to change all the pets back do to a glitch. I mean, they probably wouldn't bother doing that. They'd just post in the news how very sorry they were that it happened and that they didn't forsee a glitch.

It'd would be funny if sloth turned all our pets into a mound of sludge or something.

I've seen some mutated pets with fairly good names tossed in there -- a cybunny named Zarroween, a shoyru named Gazyela and a ruki named Xiyne, to name a few. I think those owners are going to feel stupid tomorrow. All those pets have been adopted now.

I saw one pet with a petpet (a white ona) equipped, too.

*sigh* I'm going to miss looking at my lookup and quick ref page and seeing some awesome looking neopets

It's sad really. Some people are actually creating Petitions because they feel it's unfair that TNT changed the pets without permission from the owner. Pretty sad, eh?

That's pathetic! I could see making a fuss if it was some weird permanent glitch, but it's obviously a joke. And it's a funnier one than some others they've pulled (like stealing all our petpets and having them end up at a giant jelly). People just need to calm down.

Actually, knowing the kind of people we're talking about, they'll probably be like "YAY the petition worked my pets are baby again!!!!!!!"

They know their pets will be changed back tomorrow. But I think they're aiming for a public apology from Neopets.

That is even more ridiculous. Can't people take a joke? For one day out of 365, their pets are mutated. So what? I sincerely hope Neopets doesn't issue any kind of apology because of a few vocal people with no sense of humor and way too much time on their hands.

I agree, if stupid people want to complain just to do it... ARGH!!!
