I don't know if anyone else has figured this out, but nothing current is showing up on the shop wiz for the "a" line. Instead of my items showing up when I do a search on the wiz, an old shop wiz page is showing up instead. And the page that my negg is supposed to be on is showing up as "Searching for ... Negg I did not find anything Please try again and I will search elsewhere!"

To illustrate, I have several purple neggs priced at 5899, but if you do a shop wiz search, you will see that the purple negg line for the "a" line starts at 6000. And if you check on any of the users on that line, the negg is in their shop, but they haven't played in at least 50 days. I even tried pricing mine at 6001 as a test and they still didn't show up.

So, I tried the same for the regular negg. Same thing. Mine isn't showing up, but an old "a" line shop wiz page is. Same thing with every item in my shop.

I have a feeling that this is happening with the whole "a" line.

EDIT: I just checked my daughter's shop and same thing is happening with her stuff (she is an "I"). You can access the shop by using the search bar and even buy the stuff--so at least our items aren't gone, but they aren't showing up on the shop wiz--so, good luck trying to sell anything, fellow PPTers with shops starting with a, i, q, x, 1. Grrr!

If your shop is affected, please send in a bug report asap so they can fix this thing. Otherwise, no one on the "a" line will be able to sell anything!

I've also experienced some other glitch at the Shop Wiz, when I was searching for items. I just put a common item like "Onion" there, and it says that it cannot be found. I have to refresh to see shops with the item, usually. It does find the item name, but no shops with it... I've tested this with some other items, and the same happens, at least for me. Dunno why...

I knew some line was missing, I keep getting the 'no shops found' while searching for MCQuigukis. Hope they fix it soon, for the searchers and the sellers.

If you investigate, you will see that the shop wiz is showing current prices for b, c, d, e, f, g, and h lines; really high prices for the a lines; and then a "no item can be found" line. That "no item can be found" is showing up for anything currently being sold on the entire "a" line. And the "a" line that is being shown must be old or corrupt pages--because none of those people have played in ages and the prices are way out of line.

Hmm, that sounds like they are "in the midst of another database transfer" (yeah right).

Addit: Can you see your shop from another account if you look up your username?

Yes, all of the items are there. And, I can even buy from the shop--and there is nothing wrong with the transaction. The "a" shop's till has the right amount of nps in it and the other account gets the item. So, at least, our items aren't gone. Basically, we just aren't being advertised right now--so no one can see that there are items for sale in the shop.

According to the help chat, others with a, i, q, x, and 1 shop user names are having the same problem.

according to my research my shop has a 1 in 25 chance of being on the wiz.
still, thats better than not appearing at all i guess!

1 in 25 chance is still better than a 0 in 25 chance, which is what is happening to anyone on the "a" line right now. And, where did you get the 1 in 25 figure? Because there are only 8 different lines--so it would be a 1 in 8 chance, wouldn't it?

I'm finding that about 5 out of 8 refreshes ends up with the "not found" screen.

Not good news. I think, to be on the safe side, I am not going to touch stuff on any account today--play games, but not move any items. You just never know when a glitch is going to cause a rollback--like what happened with our SDB's a few weeks ago.

The Not Found while doing a shop wiz search happened to me around 4 am (EST). I was looking for a couple extra quiguki rugs for my neohome (cheap) and every 3 pages or so I'd get that.

Also the tp was doing the odd nothing was found when I tried doing a search - whether it was containing phrase, identical to or by username. The only way to find anything was to click trades on a person's lookup.

Please not another weekend problem! And not another items lost problem. I know the last one alot of people lost things, I lost 3 sets of codestones and a few pieces of starter bd equipment in my sdb. I can't afford to lose that again.

Yes, it loads. And, my stuff is in there--for now. It just isn't showing up on the shop wiz. Instead, an outdated page with really high prices is showing up for the "a" line. And, I just found out that the "h" line is also affected. They are getting the "Item cannot be found" in place of their shop wiz page.

Glitches, welcome back! We really missed you--not!

Morningstar, I have the very same problem and also sent in a bug report.. Many pages also come up "Item not found"

Its interesting to note that Random Events are back ( they are also glitchy and causing blank pages)

I think your suggestion of doing little while the problems are occuring is excellent advice, I certainly dont want to lose anything again,
