Alright, I would normally browse IDB, but it's down right now.
I know of two weapons that will multi-freeze.
Slumberberry Potion, and Ice Dice.

The only Multi-stealer I can recall right now is the Crystal Boomerang.
There might be a Lupe One....A Jaw Grabber or something...

Does anyone know of any more weapons that can freeze or steal multiple times?

There are a couple of species weapons that can multiple freeze, Meerca Mesh Net is one of them, if I remember correctly.

The Lupe Grabber Jaw does not multiple steal. A weapon which multiple steals would be Tornado Ring, there might be others.

You can also try the scroll of freezing. I provides for adecent amount of freezes before it dissappers and it's reletively cheap to replace one also.
Pls note that it is once per battle... however, it usually sticks around for at least 4 battles before it breaks.

I meant weapons that can freeze multiple times within a battle.

Multiple Freeze :

Ice Dice
Slumberberry Potion
Meerca Mesh Net


Multiple Steal :

Tornado Ring

Elephate Stunray can also multi freeze(though it has a very low chance).

Crystal Boomarang can also multi steel(though it is breakable).

and one of the scarabs, but tornado is like 3times as much, but defends(all air) and isn't breakable.

If you truly need a multi freeze to win, then the opponent might be too strong. multi stealing is to annoy opponents and its awesomely fun. Only tornado ring is sorta worth it

I thought the Ray disappeared once it froze
