with the shop wizard has anyone ever counted the exact amount of times a person can refresh? and how long of a time frame is it?

also does the waiting penalty ever "reclock" over? Like today it said 30 mins for me to wait until I could use it again.. In a months time would it go back to ten?

The use limit resets on the hour.

I don't know that anyone has ever actually counted - perhaps that's something I could do during downtime one day. If I get downtime.

Side note: There's an edit button there on the top-righthand corner of every post you make. Rather than posting twice in a row (called "double-posting"), it's preferable to click Edit and simply add your thoughts if something else comes to mind.

I think it's random. I tried to count it out one day and I kept coming up with different totals for each wiz ban.

Someone said recently on the GC board that it is 300 refreshes. But, I always thought it had to do with how fast you refreshed, not how often you refreshed.

However, like Shapu said, it is reset once the clock hits the hour mark. So, if you were shop wiz banned at 2:15, the ban wouldn't be lifted until 3:00 and if you were banned at 2:59, the ban would be also be lifited at 3:00.

And, there is no permanent or semi-permanent ban. In other words, you are never banned more than the time remaining in that one particular hour. You can continue using the shop wiz as soon as that temporary ban is up at the top of the hour.

Well, I don't think it's much to worry about, unless you really need to refresh so much.

I think it's a limit within a given time frame, such as 100 per minute? Anways, it's always different for me.

It's 300 in an hour... We had a discussion about this a week or so ago *shrug*

I've counted before random times and I've come up with numbers in the 200s, sometimes more, sometimes less.

Being a reseller, I refresh a lot!!!! And Lord Nword is right, we talked about this in general chat not too long ago.
