Ohkay, I've had the same Neopoints I've had forever. xD; The only way I make NP is from dailies and so on (amazingly enough, I have around 200,000 NP- not much at all, but a great deal for someone who couldn't restock to save her life). But now I'm wanting to try my hand at playing games- I do sometimes, but I never make many Neopoints.

So my question is this: what are a few games that have a good pay off, and are relatively easy for people who are new to playing the games? I know, the games always have those little stars that give hint as to their difficulty, but I've heard that they aren't really accurate.

Mind lending a hand? ^^;

Easy to play:
-Meerca Chase
-Dubloon Disaster
-Whack-a-Kass
-Turmac Roll

There used to be sponsor games with incredible payouts as well. I don't know if any of the current sponsor games have great payouts.

Okay, I can give you a quick list of easy games. Here are the ones I hit if I don't have much time to play and I can get good np in little time:

Puzzles:
Destruct-O-Match II

Action:
A Music Bistro (all three games)
Carnival of Terror
Extreme Potato Counter
Hasee Bounce
Meerca Chase
Pterattack
The Buzzer Game
Trouble at the National Neopian
Turmac Roll
Ultimate Bullseye
Usuki Frenzy
Whack-A-Kass

If I have more time, I can get good points from the games below, but they do take some practice/time:

Puzzles:
Cellblock
Cheat!
Kiko Match II
NeggSweeper
Pyramids
Sutek's Tomb

Action:
Defender Trainer
Faerie Bubbles
Igloo Garage Sale - The Game
Jelly Processing Plant
Warf Rescue Team
Whack-A-Staff-Member

Luck/Chance:
Dice-A-Roo
Sakhmet Solitaire
Scarab 21
Scorchy Slots

If you have more time, the non-flash games are great because you can get random events from them, too. :)

(Lol. Can you tell I'm a gamer? ;) )

It really depends on what you're good at/what you like. You should be able to find a bunch of good ones in that list, though. Good luck! :)

Definitely check out sponsor games. Some of them are horrible at giving out points, but others give out a great deal of points for relatively no skill or effort. I have found the music ones to be the best (A Music Bistro and any of the ones promoting a singer's new CD). You don't need to know the answers, just guess. And, some of them use a set number of questions, so once you play the game a few times, you know that it was Raven Symone and not Hillary Duff who wrote that song.

Also, my favorite standard game for fast points is Extreme Herder.

Also, Faerie Caves! It is easy enough (I made a guide) and even slow computers can get through easily.

Check out PPT games guides. they are usually really helpful.

i'd have to say that Skies over meridell was one of the games that i get the most money from, as it has a 2.5x payout, and with the time and a bit of practise, 400 points (thus 1000np) is an easy target. :P

I only play easy games - they're the only ones I can figure out (oldster here - no atari, gameboy, etc. experience :P ) and some of them, like the faerie cloud racers, just move too fast for my eyes to be able to process and deal with - have a disability.

I start in Action:

Carniva of Terror - try to get the umbrellas, hands and feet - they score higher, and get all the pies you can before they hit the screen - those decrease health. Look for the white boxes with the green cross for health, the wooden chests for more ammo and the red clocks for more time - all three things come down on parachutes

Igloo Garage Sale Game - can be a bore, can be frustrating. But you can do ok at it if you practice

Meerca Chase - I play the old version on easy (I cannot handle anything faster!) - the new one with those moving arms and legs I just can't deal with, too distracting for me. Not great at it, but around 400 np per game

Usuki Frenzy - same 10 items every time and same 10 unwanted items every time. Just get used to which ones you're supposed to pick up. Start in the bedroom, go to the bath (to the right), then into the dining room, then the kitchen and finally the living room. Seems the fastest for me.

Ultimate Bullseye - practice! is all I can say

Faerie Bubbles - another can be frustrating game depending on the combinations. You can get pretty good at this pretty quickly though.

Ice Cream Factory - loooooong game, but if you get 4000 points, you get 1k np per game! Look for the hearts (extra lives), the gun (slows the ice cream coming at you down) and the mini chia (will shrink you chia - good thing) during the ice cream cones coming at you part of the game.

Then Puzzles

Destructomatch - I play on extreme, whichever gets you more np

Spell or Starve - fun, good way to keep your mind sharp

Kiko Match - I always make it past level 11 - that's 1k per play

Sutek's Tomb - another looong game, and the np isn't as easy to get - you need to score 5000 to get 1k per game, but play that on hard and make the screen larger so you can see the blocks

So all together that could be around 20k a day - and I'm awful at games! And doesn't include the gambling games, and others you may be good at.
