It seems like auctions have changed too. Instead of displaying the time, they have Long, Very Long, Short, etc now, so auction sniping is next to impossible.

Well, I am going to keep my fingers crossed - the first winner of the lookup of the week won and was using the "old" lookup format - same as the rest of us who entered, though I never did get a neomail about mine :( And I worked very hard on it!

The new auction thing - that should have been in the news. When I first saw the "short" time thing, I thought it was funny to be honest. Then I looked further - medium, long, extra long? that's not time, that's ... I don't know what that is.

The bdc and tc are not amused in the least. I'm sure it will cut back on auction snipers for a little while, then people will start to know the approximate times again. I give it a day or so before times are generally worked out again ;)

yeah..it went up again for a few minutes, and then down again.

Good thing I didn't do the Illusen's Quest I was about to do, hehe.

I rarely use the auction house, so I guess that change doesn't affect me, but yeah, I agree, it should have been mentioned in the news.

BOOO to that. :(

I don't snipe myself (have tons of pals who rely on that to make NP though) but I love having snipers bid at the end upping my profit on items I sell. I never make a starting bid under what I would have sold for in the first place. *sigh*

That really should have been mentioned in the news, indeed.

Guess I'll probably sell in trades only from now on....bah, I like letting the auction house do my work for me. :(

Ooh, I don't like that at all. I wonder how much it'll affect prices.

Also, I see nothing wrong with auction sniping. It's not illegal -- people do it on ebay and other auction sites all the time.

I used to try and auction snipe but I NEVER EVER won and that thing got me sooo worked up! I swear I'd have it like with 2 seconds to go and Id miss out

I hope it'll effect prices greatly. Things are getting to much of any sort of price and hopefully this can have some sort of effect.


OTher then that, has anyone noticed today is WEDNESDAY? Yes, Wednesday, our Theme Day. But we have no Theme Today. Why so I wonder? Could perhaps our Leetlemen distracted them...? (Topics is on NNV ;))

Spells are my thing ;)
