I live in the States and I was over 13 when I registered on the site. Apparently the game has been removed.

Umm... I was playing it earlier today. I just checked and its still there for me, but I couldn't play because my pet was bored of it. So I'm not much help there...

It's working fine for me too. If it doesn't come back I would report it as a glitch and hopefully things will get taken care of.
