Over the past 5 days, I've had a TON of Random Events. I've had at least 4 Faerie Quests, 5 money-taking random events, 1 pant devil random event (enabling him as a challenger), a bunch of talking-pet random events, a Vira random event, two easter negg random events (over the past two days), 3 codestones, got a scroll from the Wheel of Knowledge, and got a secret lab piece. I know this would sound to you as though it should go in the Gloat/Cry thread, but I would just like to know: Has anyone else had such a huge amount of random events lately? For me, the frequency has gone through the roof since I donated 975 np to the Tombola.

yeah, same here up until like late decembe, It was RARE to get a random event even a bad one, but since christmastime/late december ive gotten tons of random evens (go check the screeenies thread to see what i mean) but i too, have gotten tons of faerie quest, ghosts taking money from me, the tax beast (ect.) im not complaining at all, i love it

Well even since i relize i had not talk to Fyora to re start the faries quest. Now i have had like 4 in 3 days. One was an Earth vist, lol. Plus i told my friend to check out the work i have been doing on my user lookup and he got a peice of map, he thanked me, lol.

I usually go through spells of REs, a week or so ago everytime I refreshed I had another RE. It seems to have stopped recently I haven't gotten a RE in a couple of days. Perhaps TNT has upped the probabibility of getting certain REs.

no, i haven't noticed an increase, and i've been playing neoquest ii like a fiend!

I've noticed more REs too... I got the Pant Devil at the end of last week after waiting 21 months, and I got a fountain faerie quest a few days ago (anyone want a Snot Buzz in a few days?), along with a bunch of other minor REs. I can't complain. Kind of makes up for the birthday sidebar not seeming to do anything for me in terms of REs. I think it would be cool if TNT increased the chances of REs, but I've noticed before that they kind of seem to go in cycles.

I've had a boost of random events, but they've all been mediocre. A passing Chia has said "hi" to me at least six times today.

On the other hand, finding 1000 NP on the floor three times over the past week has been nice.

I am getting tons and tons--good and bad. And, I attribute it to the amount of time I refresh on the shop wiz. I am on the wiz a lot when I play (A LOT!) and almost every time I have gotten an RE, I have been shop wiz refreshing. Some are not so nice--pant devil, tax beast, Dr. Sloth's minions, and Dr. Sloth himself--all in the past week. But then, I also have gotten several faerie quests, two lab map pieces and about 5 codestones during that same time period. And, I can't even begin to count the number of times I have found a small amount of nps on the floor or had ghosts steal a few nps from me.

Oddly, I haven't really seen an increase -- which is odd, because I've been playing more HTML games too o.O

I just got another quest today, and forgot to mention that I had a biscuit random event and two "Neopets Birthday Cake" events in the past 5 days, one large and one small slice. And IceBird just told me I was the coolest owner

Strange, some people have been seeing major increases, some haven't- Ehh, Morningstar, did you make any donations prior to when you first noticed the increase?
