There seems to be a little bit of a grey area here and I dont know the answer. Is giving out MP and LC answers actually against neo rules? Im not saying its the right thing to do and it makes the money pool smaller for everyone but is it actually a warnable/freezable offense?

I am not 100% sure, i do not think it is. But most people who know the anwser wont give it out, as it lower the prize they may earn. If someone charging for the anwser, that is wrong. I hope this help a little.

It is enforced as if it is against the rules. I'm not sure...you might check the chat rules which are at the top of every neoboards page.

Yes and no. It does not say anything about it in the T&C, therefore legal right? Wrong, another of the questionable things on neo. They warn quite a few people for doing it, but it is not in the rules.

I just checked the T&C, didnt find anything about it, but if there is then correct me :P

I know I've seen people warned for it, whether or not it is written anywhere officially. There have been people giving out the Coco Roller avatar codes on the chat boards who have not been warned, so apparently not all information sharing is considered the same.

No it is not against the rules techincally, but is it right to do? If you worked hard for your anwser are yuo goning to give away the anwser and lose some of your neopoints? Giving hints is fun, and makes people think for themselves while saying the anwser just ruins the game.

I believe it is against the rules, just my opinion and what I've seen people get warned for, etc.

Yes, if my mind serves correctly, giving out answers for things like Mystery Pic, etc, are aganist the rules. Dosen't seem to stop people on the Neoboards from doing it however...

Unfortunately, it isn't mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions, I guess you could say it is an unwritten rule. TNT REALLY needs to update those, badly. But you also need to use common sense, why would you give out the answer to other people, the more people that guess it correctly, the less money/prize you will get.

Hard to say if it is against the rules or not. The news from September 9, 2004 announced the change in the way the Lenny Conundrum prize would be awarded: "Starting this week we will be running the contest slightly differently. Winners will all get a share from a 2,000,000 NP prize pool, so if you want more NP for yourself don't give the answer away." Note, it doesn't say that it is against the rules to give the answer away.

However, in the Wall of Shame, it indicates that you have cheated if you let someone else play games for you and that you can be frozen for that. Since the Lenny Conundrum is technically a game (and is in the Games Room), are you letting someone else "play" it for you by giving you the answer? A thought to ponder.

It's kinda blurry. When they first put out the pot, myself, Jasujo, and a couple of others got warnings just for creating a MP board. Someone else was also frozen >.<

I don't believe they're enforcing it to that extent anymore, though.

Gone, forever.
