That's just their way of not giving a straight answer. You can only get it from the lab or Fountain Faerie Quest. You can spend all your NP buying garlic if you really want to though

Yeah but I know somebody is going to buy tons of garlic in hopes of receiving that color. :roflol:

They should have just said lab or fountain, I almost believed it too, lol.

You can get from the lab too, obviously. I know someone who got a Garlic Kiko just after they were released (months ago. I don't know why TNT said they weren't released before this editorial).
