heres what happens:

sign in page: I sign in and it takes me to password

Password: type it in then it takes me to pet central, but I am not logged in as my info doesnt appear and when I try to access games etc it says I am not logged on.

Have you got Cookies enabled on your Browser? You may experience problems if your Browser can't maintain the username and password to keep you logged-in. It might also be useful to check that you don't have a Firewall running that is blocking every single Cookie that's coming to your computer...

also check the date and time are correct on your computer, if it's too far off it can prevent you from logging on since Neopets cookies are time sensitive.

I'd probably suggest starting by going to your Internet Options, I'm not sure about on AOL but I know in IE you can access them by going to Tools - Internet Options. The Tab called "Privacy" does deal with reception of Cookies and that, if its on "Block all cookies" or "High" then you may have to downgrade the security a little bit - you can also do your own specifications but unless you know what you're doing, I wouldn't recommend it. Either way, if you decide to change anything try to remember what it was before you changed it so you can always change it back if there are any problems or it doesn't work.

In the future, start AOL, sign on.

Then go to start, run, and type in "iexplore." Or, get firefox, and install it. Then do start -> run -> firefox.

To check to see if cookies are enabled in internet explorer...

Click Tools
Click Internet Options
Click the tab labeled "Privacy."
Click "Advanced"
Look in the column labeled "First-Party Cookies." Make sure that the radio button labeled "accept" is the selected one. If it isn't, you'll have to change it.
