Notice that the drawing style with these very new items, especially with the scorchio wand, is a bit different than what they've been using before? The scorchio weapon is very detailed. When I was reading the new features and saw it, I didn't realise that it was actually an item before reading the text.
Will they do more things with this drawing style? Or could that even be the next drawing style they'll use with almost all things? Have you seen some similar style with other items before? Years ago when they started to make "bold lined images" they started with the items at first and slowly went to other things(..and they're still not done with all the pets etc).
I really like the style, it'd be lovely to see more of that

They should definatley remake the Usul.

With this new drawing style, I think they should revamp everything, all the items, cards, pets....

Ooh, I like this style. Very shiny. It would be nice if they revamped a bunch of the drawings in this style. It would make the whole site look fresher.

Wow.... wow.... wow....

I'm just loving all these new items and I am starting to see a new art style on Neopets. A bit more detailed, a bit more time and the coloring seems more shinier. (For lack of better word.) Items seem to pop-out a bit more, making them look less like 2D GIF files and more like 3D real-life items.

I donno, the new style seems... awkward to me... I think the images should be a bit simpler as to not seem crowded on an 80x80 square...

That's what I think too. I like simple, and when they try to shiny it up too much it looks pixelly and messy.

I like it with some items, but as with some neopets or faeries, it's not my favorite. On Jhudora day, some of the drawings they did of her were not very pretty...detailed but not pretty.

Possibly the hiring of new artists to supplement the team?

New programmes installed or used? Artist incorporated from other countries? Change of view?

they need to focus more on the plots and stuff instead of detailing items

but its a nice addition anyway
