Not sure although I know some people thought it would have something to do with the Darkest Faerie plot so its been there since before the whole Darkest Faerie thing started up.

Thats part of the Talador plot that will be after the maraquan plot

It has been there for many many months.

Has been there since Maraqua was destroyed. After it's destruction, about 1mth later it was there. There was a stir at first about it.

The most famous was that that statue was in fact a Faerie that was banished from Faerieland or something. She then lived in Maraqua and learnt to breathe under water and stuff.

Howeveer, nothing is proven.

It has definently been there for a while. It was the first thing to appear in the ruins aside from the giant slugawoo thing, so it's been there since before there was a maraquan paintbrush, if that tells you anything.

It's apart of the Ps2 Game thats being released, Curse of the Dark Faire? think thats the name not so sure, heard it was being released this year soemtime.

It has been there for a long time for the Neopets video game which when I checked two days ago with Carmen, it is still in production .

It's funny how many people on the Neoboards think it has to do with the Maraquan Plot. They even said in a recent Editorial that it has to do with the Darkest Faerie plot (Note: The statue is infact the Darkest Faerie).
