Well, after a week away from the internet (hospital, surgery, all that fun jazz), I returned to my beloved Neopets only to find that all 35+ art gallery trophies of mine had magically vanished from the face of my main user lookup. There was no neomail explaining why and I'm pretty much in the dark here. I did have one person about a month ago who had accused me via neomail of stealing my own artwork to enter in the gallery.. But not only was that a silly accusation, I can't honestly see Neopets 'warning' me or 'punishing' me for one odd report by just removing all my trophies. All of my other randomly won trophies are still intact- beauty contest, etc.

I'm not overly attached to the little trophies or anything. I won't leave Neopets just because I no longer have them, but geez.. I worked pretty darn hard for that high trophy number and I was hoping to get it up a bit higher. I figure it's some sort of funky glitch.

I did send in a bug report, but I doubt they'll respond to it.. Is there anyone I could e-mail? I've seen a few addresses for contacting when you've been wrongly frozen, but I'm not sure about who to go to for glitchy trophies..

I think the possibility of a glitch may be in order. Stealing artwork accusations carries the punishment of freezing. 'd say that without a warning of any kind, it would not be the case.

I must say that glitch reports about such are hardly ever looked at.

Yep, so I fear.. =/ Suppose I'll just keep sending in glitch reports. If nothing comes of that, I might dig up a staff e-mail address or two.

That glitch happens whenever TNT decides to remove a picture from the art gallery. Instead of going down one number in your trophy count, it just wipes out the entire trophy.

I sent a compaint about the art gallery and did actually get a reply, but the person doesn't believe there are glitches with the art gallery. I did bring that issue up to him though. I noticed the glitch happened to the account lilangel which is a shame because that account had lots of pictures.

Hopefully I can edit this post or pm you later with the email of the staff member who answered my art gallery question.

Ooh, so that's what happened.. Now I'm curious as to which picture of mine they removed.
Ahah! Found it. They had accepted my gelert day picture twice so they removed one.
I'd greatly appreciate it if you could contact me with that e-mail. Still going to try and get my trophies back if I can.
I noticed lilangel, too. Very much a shame- I think she had 50+ trophies. I wonder if she tried to contact TNT about her trophies. =/
