It's too bad that you've been singled out for that. lots of others are going to be mad about this and will scramble to change their shops and lookups

Someone must have reported you. I really don't think there is TOO much harm in things like that as long as it's clear that it's fake and not intended to be real. Oh well, at least it was only a suspension and not a freezing!

That's too bad. The others might have been suspended once too, though, for all we know. I also love the idea of suspension as opposed to immediate freezing. How long have they been suspending people? Or am I just totally out of it...

I like the idea of a suspension, but they need to have a way of dealing with people that have been suspended innocently. Similar to if you receive an unjustified warning, you need to be able to report it.

Sorry this happened to you. It looks like, if that's your petpage you'd better clear it once your suspension is over.

I have heard of other people being warned/having lookups and/or shops cleared for fake SHH. Apparently those are being cracked down on, as they are against the rules.

I do know of one person who was frozen for having a fake FF Quest SHH on their lookup. Someone visited the lookup, got the item asked for and was on the HC asking where to turn it in. Once they said where they got the quest, many people were LOL'ing, as this was a known joke amongst them. I guess the person who thought it was real didn't find it amusing and reported it. And the person was iced for it.

those I dont mind it's the fake events that say you found a baby paintbrush on the floor and stuff like that I HATE THOSE WITH A PASSION! but the fake av's don't bother me. somtimes however when people amke fake random events of a av that is out that is not known on how to get and put it in their lookup or somehting now that is stupid and annoying. but you fake av's should bother anyone

Well, that answers my two questions.

1)Will they inforce the 'no fake REs' rule?
2) If someone is suspended, does thier lookups say so? No!

Fake avatars are really just for fun and does not have any effect at all. Anyway, not many people knows how to make them. Random Events on e other hand is everywhere. Fakes one that is. Even if this suspension thing goes "live" it should take down the REs first. 0.0

stupid tnt . I'd simply post the avatars without the fake re's.... its not as cool but at least tnt cant freeze you for it

I've known for awhile that they have been targeting people with the fake events in their shops and pet pages...it seems to surface every now and then.

I personaly don't like them, they are anoying, and they can lead to scamming...I can see neo getting TONS of neomails asking why some newly didn't get a Paint Brush when they got a event saying they did...

I had them without RE's.... thats how i got the first warning... and i dont get it... most people are using them on pet lookups and shops and not getting a punishment, tho they have no message of they are fake, but i have them all on one page and it says large there : FAKE AVATARS.
