 Post subject: frozen/disabled account...

where to start... alright i was frozen once before and i was lucky enough to get my account returned,then somewhat later i got frozen again,emailed them for months and months,lastly i finally get a reply from someone i emailed a few days ago and all they can say is this account has been inactive to long to be returned(as if i didn't know she was gonna say this)but anyway i emailed her back and asked her if i can atleast get my pet back(i know this won't happen) so basically after years of playing and endless hrs i won't get any decent help whats so ever,so pretty much i'll probaly end up quitting again cause i don't have the energy to train my pet up that high and get back all the weapons i lost, that would take me probaly years to do,feel free to leave any input...

I don't understand why TNT doesn't keep all their information from frozen accounts so that if they find out they were wrongly accused then they can get their stuff back.

It's just so slack.

Its not been inactive for too long. They told me that too, but i emailed them and chewed them out about it. My account was frozen for a year (now frozen again) and they unfroze it. Just email the person back and show them your neodeck, game scores, etc.

two people told me it has been seeing how i never got a totally clear answer on this subject i dunno i emailed jennifer once thru direct email and she also emailed back thru the frozen form as did justina or whatever her name was and they both said the same thing

For the record,my account got iced but this time,it's for another reason "using spare account to earn np...NOT!"What the heck?I have spare account but it's for storage.
