EDIT: I believe they have recommended weapons??? I am not really sure about this, however, I rarely use the battledome.

I tried there, dont seem to find any good hints, except what he uses etc... or i may not be looking too well

It's the second section of the chart!! (after the picture, difficulty and all that)

but youre looking at snowager, i want snow beast! no suggested defensive weapons listed there

I guess, just look at the majority of the icons that his weapons give, and find a shield that defends those icons? That's what I usually do... but I'm not really into battling like I said =P.
