Hi everyone, I cant go any further with DoN due to not having Commander Garoo as a challenger.

Ive been refreshing at the space station on and off for over 6 months and just cannot get him

As far as I know, that's the right place. I hate to say it, but it just may take more patience (like me trying to get the snowager av...mutter)

It's the right place but it takes a while. some people have refreshed thousands of times (like actually thousands) and still haven't gotten him. it's like the game graveyard av. grr
