Yeah, which is what got me kinda worried... the "at a cost" bit. And since it seems to be worth a fair amount I've been trying to find it's stat effects... but it's not really listed anywhere

Take a note of your stats, use it, and tell us what the "cost" is.
I'm sure it'd be useful to know

Sounds ominous. I wouldn't use it without knowing its effects. But someone's got to be adventurous enough to test it out, or we'll never find out. ^^;;
