I entered my Poogle and the file size was 17.3k and it was a .Jpg, 250 by 250 pixels. It didnt accept it. Why?

If I remember correctly, an entry will not always enter the contest, it could just be that Neopets chose another entry other yours. Just be persistent and enter it once a week. If it follows the guidelines, it will get in eventually.

the file size limit is 17k isn't it? then you have to shrink it down to 16k otherwise it thinks the size is too big.
