i know that lab map can change your neopets into rainbow, split, etc etc, but can lab map change your CHIA into apple, pear etc etc?

Yep. You can get almost any color for every species of pet, and the few colors you can't get aren't species-specific. I've seen several people who have gotten pea chias, lemon chias, asparagus chias, ect.
