Are these gotten from random events? Also, how rare are they? I couldnt find any in trading post, auctions, or shops.

No, they're not restocked at the Petpet Shop. They are actually considered food, so they're at the Meridell Food Shop. I have to wonder, though, if there is an option to feed them to your pet

Yep, they're verrrry expensive gourmet foods. If you look at some of the top gourmet club pets, they've eaten draik eggs.

Ack, lol. Hey, it's basically how to get a Krawk! Equip your petpet with the Draik Egg, name it (Name an egg? ) then hatch it at the Draik Nest, but you gotta get the right coloured egg.

If your Gourmet Club pet was a Draik, and it ate a Draik Egg, would that be cannibalism?

Of course it would! It would be just like Blumaroos eating Blumaroo steak, only Blumaroo Steak isn't a gourmet food.

Actually, it's an EDIBLE item for your pets. And you CAN'T equip it to your pet, since it's food. The colour it is determines which colour the hatched Draik will be, so if you hatched a Darigan Draik Egg you'd be left with a new Darigan Draik. It is very similiar to a Krawk, actually.
